Have you ever felt as though you are on the ledge, pushed there by grief, depression, anxiety, loss, lack of hope, feelings of failure? Then you are not alone, as millions share the same feelings. That is precisely how our practice is born, from the very idea that, when we are on the ledge, we need a helping hand to kindly guide us back Inland.
​Inland, is a unique and pioneering mental health practice. Our protocols, as well as our psychotherapy interventions, are individually tailored to meet the therapeutic objectives of each patient and, we do so by conducting a comprehensive, initial psychological evaluation of the person, which will help us determine beliefs, schemas, personality traits and the client's positioning on the spectrums of anxiety and depression.

During our individual sessions, we work an a goal-based approach, translating problems into objectives of the treatment. This allows, both the client and the therapist, to ensure that all interventions, and the therapeutic process itself, are helping the person to achieve the improvement is expected.

This matters for several reasons. To begin with, we offer an organized and structured psychotherapeutic process, with quantifiable markers that allow us to make decisions, and adjustments when necessary, to ensure the patient is receiving the help needed. Second, developing a list of objectives, along with the client, provides the latter with a voice in their own process, allowing a symmetric and collaborative relationship to evolve between patient and therapist.
