Our Services

Female Patient

At Inland Mental Health Services, we firmly believe that each person is unique, we embrace and celebrate diversity. And it is, precisely that vision that sets us apart from any other mental health provider, since not only do we understand the uniqueness of each patient, but we also consider pivotal that each psychotherapy process be custom tailored, so that it responds to the necessities and objectives of the person.

Our interventions are mainly based on the Cognitive Behavioral Model; however, based on the needs of each case, other approaches are incorporated, such as Dialectical Behavioral Model, Schema and Psychosomatic Work. Furthermore, in the case of Trauma Work, several interventions are used, such as Narrative Exposure Therapy and EMDR, always with the objective to achieve individually tailored interventions that lead the person to mental health and agency.

During your journey with us you will receive:

  • An initial comprehensive psychological evaluation: this will allow us to understand personal schemas, beliefs, labels, personality traits as well as where the person stands in the spectrum of anxiety and depression.

  • Materials that will allow you to work during the different interventions: could be during the session, or in between them.

  • Homework assignments.

  • Constant quantitative and qualitative analysis: to help us make sure your therapeutic goals are being reached. Improvement can happen in very subtle ways.
